No George, There is no English Corner in Canada. But, there is an English Corner in cyberspace, China that is. And, if Raoul says you're real, I'll take his word. My humble apologies to you Phyllis. You do have one wild sense of humour, re:ladies room commentaries. So funny, that it seemed to unreal to be true. Here you go Phyllis---> from you to me .

Thanks, Raoul. However, I do admire you guys' high cautious mind which is needed in today's society, especially AJ. She would be a very good detective! so congratulations and i finally decided to buy you one bottle as you wished! I suppose that is how things were worked out! Don't worry about me, i am not mad at any of you, otherwise i won't join this land using my second language communicating with you at all! So please enjoy my Chinese English and have some fun!

i despise working weekends. And like some, if not all, of us I too was fooled into taking weekend work in the beginning of my new life here in beijing. I recently took a weekend gig with my friends school because he really needed someoe and although its not a bad group of students I still hate to get up very early on sunday morning.
I wont work weekends again unless the pay is way higher than my average.

Saturday-Sunday, or Monday-Tuesday. In Beijing, that's a no-brainer; in Dashiqiao, what's the difference? My schedule has a big upside: 2 days of Hell, then 2 days off, then 3 slack days with one class. The downside: get off to a bad Saturday morning, and I tread water all weekend. Off to a good start? Then I can't believe they pay me for this.

Personally I took Phyllis at face value. I thought she seemed like a nice chinese girl. If it turned out otherwise, hey, who cares? She is nice here, and I am glad you are back, Phyllis, and don't worry about these suspicious types, they will only inflame their adrenal glands with all that angst. I was asked if I would work weekends. My answer : I do not care about working weekends themselves, I used to mostly work weekends back in Australia. However, I came to China to be with my girlie, and she does not work weekends. It would defeat the purpose if I did, siuce we would never be together. So no, thanks. They went "Awwww" and I got out of it. Easy peasy. Hey, Con, buy me a beer, some bugger has taken my wallet again!
