Just checked my diary today and I noticed that May Day, by that name or some other, is celebrated in the UK, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Northern Territory and Queensland in Australia, and some other countries I can't recall at the moment. Quite a spread of countries, across a variety of cultures.

I can't get into the link. This isn't the first time I've been denied access to Wikipedia. Not sure if it is a temporary thing or if the Chinese censors have decided an online encyclopedia is just too dangerous to allow.

Mr. Underpants would turn up around meal times everyday. He turned up one night with the shirt tucked into his longjohns, up around the waist, with his trousers a good two inches below. Tres elegant!
The parents are indeed sitting opposite, and the other young lovelies are mystery guests. (Babe and sister!)
