We hit a new bar in DongGuan. The old Pub, or something like that. Being starved for food at Camp, we pigged out. I had the fish n' chips. Bloody fantastic! ............We chatted up the owner........and the cutest little Fuwuyuan in all of China. Got ourselves invited to their Grand Opening Night...free beer, so we invited all out T/As to join us. Not silly, us!

A favourite to make the fries, cut up the potato sortof like fries but VERy thin slices. Buy a packet of Spicy Chicken coating and toss into a bag. Rinse off the thinly cut potatoes toss intot he bag. Shake like shake n' bake. Toss spicy covered potatos into hot oil and fry for a long time. Wait until the potatos are crisp. This is similar to hickory sticks found in North America. After they are done in the oil, I spread the potatos out on paper towels and put in plastic bags for the weekend.

Civet Burger? Sounds tempting. Can I get fries with that?

Salt and vinegar? Gravy? I think some of you are spending too much time at the opium den in Raoul's basement. Lots of salt and Tabasco sauce is the best thing for fries! "Anything I've ever done that ultimately was worthwhile... initially scared me to death." - Betty Bender
