15 days left and i'm off!
isn't that great? spending the holiday season in my hometown! jingle bells! mistletoe! real food!
yeah! but before i leave i talked with some schools and one school is really great. still in shandong province. a good city. the benefits are really great!
but...
my school is preparing my invitation already and they want me back and they promised me a salary raise! isnt that great? a christma present from papa santa!
but..but..but...
i want a change of environment...should i take the other offer or stay in my school? i just heard that our acting FAO is badmouthing the FTs here. the reason she's just a woman with a wicked heart..she hates everybody...
and the fact that our heads and the students really like me..that really hit her! (im not braggin just tellin the truth)
i hate this kind of envt..like im living a peaceful and quiet life and someone's backstabbing you for the simple reason that u are terrible CUTE!!!!! LOL!
TP, i'll keep u posted!

Have fun on the holidays!
Is the pay rise good enough to make you want to stay on? Are the benefits the other place offering good enough to make you want to move?
Whichever way - good luck.

Guess you have to decide whether you can deal with the backstabbing, or whether that sort of thing is going to depress you. If so, a fresh start next year might be just what you need.

hard choice to make.
you could of course try to stab the evil witch in the back too by saying that you would stay longer if it weren't for her. buuut, that isnt a nice thing to do of course.
for me personally i always go for the fresh start and environment. but thats me. you would have to find a new place again and start all over with contract negotiations and stuff, and then find out if the new place is any better or not!
meditate on it. good luck with making your mind up.

Congratulations on the trip home About the other matter......Is the aggravation worth the "promised extra"? Do you really like the other school? It's not quitting or running out when you choose your future happiness.

Solong, it's really up to you....Personally, if there's a better offer out there, I'd move on.
Experience another place
