Hello all,
We seem to have had a situation where someone was giving out personal information about another member, to large numbers of strangers. Or at least it's become large numbers through the grapevine. This was probably innocently-intended, but was the wrong thing to do.
It is important that we all respect each other's privacy. NEVER give out personal information (real name, phone number, e-mail address, physical location, etc.) about ANY member without that members express permission. It's especially true when dealing with local Chinese who want have friend for English-speaks foreigner, or any non-member. This applies to the Brains as well as anyone else. We are NOT Public Utilities.
I am the lone exception to this rule. Occupational hazard. You may give the names "Raoul" or "Raoul Duke" and the e-mail address spamjiaozi@yahoo.com to anyone you want. Otherwise, please respect the privacy of ALL members.
Please note that if you send me to any homeys who want free English correspondence, and they aren't nymphomaniacs between the ages of 18 and 40, I will rip your lungs out.
