Couple with children teaching english hard up for cash. We have a 32 oz certified organic pure maple syrup brand name Shady Maple Farms. Never been opened. Our daughters brought it back from the states last month. If you would like it we will take the highest bid.

That's a long way from Baoding. I wonder how the stuff would get here? We live on the main train line to Beijing if that would help.
What? You don't like maple?

We would have to ship it by DHL. We like syrup of course but aren't very good at making pancakes with gas stoves.

Seems like a long way around but, if you want to unload it, and DHL will bring it, how much will it cost get it from your hands to mine?
I don't want to cheat you.
Also, how do I get you paid?

Name a price and you can pay me by credit card if you have it or you can just deposit RMB into my Bank of China account.

Well, I was going to place the first bid really low (pressed for cash on this end too) and then block all incoming messages to this thread "for technical reasons". But I won't bid against Hamish, who is now able to enjoy so few physical joys in life. Alexis dear, are you guys going to be OK? I might part with my principles and my dignity if the price is right, but not maple syrup...
