If it's really a Montessori school it should be a good gig (for a kids school) but will have very high requirements for teachers. I think there is a Montessori license or cert that they require.

Con- Montessori methods can be used all the way through highschool (I have heard about some adult use as well). It is a great way of educating (IMHO) and is getting pretty popular in the states (esp in the west). It is even being used in public school systems! There are a lot of sites that you can check out regarding the methods and training. www.montessori.edu/www.montessori.org/www.montessori-ami.org/ami.htmEnjoy!

You can study on line and get certification. Costs about $1800 plus books and registration fee. Takes about 9 months and you cn pay it in installments. Cheers Woza
