Rewatch Three's Company reruns: you'll either a) be a little ruthless and break up with one or two; or b) get caught. The first is actually kinder and better for your karma, but the latter is easier.
The trick is to get past dating as revenge on your ex-wife, and get on to some freedom and fun. Women have a nasty way of inferring potential commitment when none was ever offered or availalbe, so be careful what you passively allow them to believe.
That goes for the younger ones; if they're over 23 they can look out for themselves- and you should do likewise. It's a jungle out there?
Anyone notice how much easier it is to sort out OTHER people's problems?
EDIT: Just reread my post. I am a pompous, pompous man. But I'll stand by the main points.

i broke up with the youngest in order to save her from a long worn out battle of non-committment. after an hour of heart wrenching sms via cell phones she got the message and cooled off.
i just want to spend some time alone and get laid. thats it.

Then you're between a rock and a hard place there, mate! (unless you count a date with madalm palm and her five daughters as 'getting laid')
(Or was that Juggler irony? Hard to tell here sometimes.)

As one of the female species, and yes, for some bizarre reason it is my prerogative to give my two cents worth where I see fit, I agree with Con - not convinced on the age limit though, not sure if we're ever really able to "look out for ourselves" not matter what the age - each person and situation brings its lessons to be learnt and experiences to be lived.

Tell all of them you have other girlfriends (plural) - that way you will get to see which one/s REALLY like you.

Hey, Lotus just hit the 2K mark. Congrats, and pity you can't have the greatly desirable wanker symbol. No point buying beer, either, for the superbrain. But the thought is there.

Thanks Nobody (and everybody!). But I can shout you all some of the special reserves we keep in the brain room. We use it for pickling our brains.

I can't see how getting girls here could possible be a problem, they seem all eager and keen to meet someone nice. I am also the kind of guy who doesn't like more than one at a time anyway. Experimented with that way back in the seventies or so, and it isn't my thing.
But then, I am married, and I like it that way.

It counts with me! The cost of a box of tissues is a lot less than the costs of marriage. ;D
