hey all!
I just got back from a 6 day excursion on the northeastern tip of beijing and let me tell you that this place is the bomb.

for anyone who wants to get out of the big city here are a few places you should try.

1. miyun county -
a. miyun reservoir
b. black dragon pond
c. Simatai great wall
d. Wuling Mountain

the drive there is long and not so difficult but its well worth the trip.
