A wiki is a collaborative website where anyone can edit and contribute. Probably the best-known is Wikipedia, an encyclopedia site.
There's a relatively new one that is trying to be a free world travel guide.

There is some China info already, and parts might be useful.
On the other hand, coverage of China is currently spotty. Folks here might want to improve it.
