it's my second visa renewal and our incharge asked me to "exit" on october. the prob is, 'm the one paying it. the school is a legitimate and licensed (to hire foreigners) school but they said they cant help me with my visa. im an f visa holder right now. what am i supposed to do?

Are they giving you an invitation letter and application forms for a 'Z' visa?

I think the answer here is pretty much 'no'... no help of any kind with the visa.
If this is the case, you need to get out of there. Get paid as much as you can and then tell them that if they will not give you the visa they give everyone else, you will not remain there. Get out AT ONCE- you don't owe these people any favors. Go ahead and get your new visa and then come back to...somewhere else.
Tolerating this will never change anything.

if the school is legitimate and has a right to hire foreigners, why are you working there on F visa? the school is running a risk of getting fined. especially if you are a full-time teacher. there must be something to it then... i'd take Raoul's advice...

Yeah, I am with them. This ain't right, somehow. I would find someone who can give you a Z visa.
