Raoul!!! A round of Beijing Cocktails on me! "Your September 30, 2006 LSAT score is 162. The percentile rank is 87." Not quite as good as I'd hoped, but far better than I feared.

It's my law school admissions test score. I did better than 87% of those 22 year olds who dared to place their brains in the same arena as mine. On the other hand, 13% of them did better than me.

Law school starts in late August. I hope to arrive in China in January. Conveniently, the school I plan to attend has classes for Chinese law, international law, etc.

So, are you going to be a student here until you are a student there? Or are you going to teach here, take a couple of courses here and then return to go to school? ? Age gives widsom that is why you did so well, also, you really really wanted to do well on the exam. The youngsters sorta kinda wanted to do good, if it didn't interfere too much with life

>So, are you going to be a student here until you are a student there? I'm plotting to teach in China until June or July (maybe early August - I always find it hard to leave interesting places), then will return for 3 years at a law school here in sunny Florida. After that, I hope to use the speciality in international law (especially Chinese law) to have many opportunities to visit China at the expense (goodbye coach, helloooo business class seats) of corporate clients who need contracts negotiated . That's the theory, and my pretty good LSAT makes it MUCH more possible. Guess I'm having a "Get a Life Crisis" >Age gives widsom that is why you did so well Nah, in my case it's slowing down my brain. Back when I took the GRE, they'd just introduced an "Analytical" section (the GRE people later dumped it) that was very much like the Logic Games section on the LSAT. Back then I got a perfect score. I'm still good at that sort of thing, it just takes longer than it used to. "Old age and treachery always overcomes youth and skill." - Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings
