Yes, the man definitely has a good camera eye. He posted from here at El Rancho Raoul and I got to see more of the photos. He barely scratched the surface of an absolutely amazing photo collection. I hope he can be coaxed into putting up more of them!

Poor CAN is working himself about half to death. But I'm happy to report that he'll be around for some of the party...

CAN! Absolutely lovely! I can't get enough of crumbly old buildings on the sides of hills, or on a riverbank. The Chinese have a knack for harmonizing their architecture with their surroundings- sadly, they've also discovered a knack for knocking them down. What Raoul said: moremoremore!!!

Definitely, Loops. For starters, there's this great view canalside, right in Raoul's neighbourhood. We've just both been too lazy never had a camera handy when we've strolled.

Hey Con, did you ever get your camera? Was it in the box that ended up getting sent back to Canada during Spring Festival?

Hey Con, did you ever get your camera? Was it in the box that ended up getting sent back to Canada during Spring Festival? It arrived... during Xmas vacation. The guy slipped a notice under the door clearly labellled "Closed until January 3rd". The notice said "Your package will be held unitl January 1st. So they sent it back to Canada... where it has yet to arrive.

Hey, captain Raoul. A question about my pic. Why are the pics on the Raoul website not clear and in same size as original photos I took, even be downloaded in local computer. I don¡¯t wanna spare them with discount in pic quality.

Hey CAN! I dunno...your photos look clear to me. You may remember we resized them when we put them on the Saloon. Hitting 'Modify Post' and removing the size specifications from the image links will restore the full original size. I've been leading a misguided battle to try and keep the photos and text all viewable within one screenful, even with a fairly low-res monitor. I'm giving this one up. You guys can post the m'kaying things life-sized for all I care.
