Hi everyone.
I'm looking for a SWEET summer job, somewhere coastal is what I'm thinking, to escape the dreaded 40 degree weather in my city during the summer. Somewhere I can go to the beach during downtime.
Is that too much to ask? Am I dreaming?
Also, I'm looking for teachers to come teach in beautiful Yuncheng, Shanxi! Only 3 hours from ancient capital Xi'an. China at its fairest.
Yuncheng (senior) Middle School Salary: 4000RMB Working hours: 18-20/week (in fact, I work less) Airfare: As it stands, 1/2 air for 2 school terms. I'm negotiating. Accommodations: free on-campus apartment (brand spanking new campus!)
It should be noted: I've taught here for 2 years, going on my 3rd. Barring unforseen circumstances.

Woza 17 [Carole] was advertising one of the better looking Summer Camp jobs I've seen. Southern, I think, and probably not coastal, but PM her. BTW, coastal is no cooler than inland, if Shanghai's anything to go by. There must be all of 3 decent beaches in China, too. Sniff around Qingdao, maybe.

Sounds good so far, but where's Dongguan?! Ie, which province? I should probably know this but I don't.

I don't know if you could call me a backpacker... I've been here near on 2 years... and I don't really backpack much. Maybe I'm a lazy, unmotivated backpacker?
